Client List and Testimonials

I employed Myles in 1995 as the key leader of the Javits turn around team. He took responsibility for the detailed administration and implementation of the turn around plan, as well as providing expertise and negotiation strength to the creation of the landmark labor contracts that totally changed the cost and operating structure of one of the most poorly administered convention centers in the world.

Myles went on as General Manager to implement the changes and create a cost effective, user friendly environment for everyone to do business and attain profitability.

He has all of the tools. He is a "bright quick study". Reliability, creativity and leadership are his hallmark. His Naval Academy training has made him a strong astute decision maker with the unusual gift of flexibility.

I worked with Myles for well over a decade at the Javits Center as he transitioned the building from a less than optimum labor force to one that now reflects a desire to work and recognizes the need to provide quality customer service.  In my three decades of experience, this labor transition was clearly the most challenging process that has occurred in the tradeshow environment.  Myles navigated the complicated statutes of New York labor employment law while growing the exhibition business in New York during the growth years for tradeshows and conventions.  I believe this testifies to his ability, foresight, and courage to stay the course.

John F. O'Connell, Jr.

I first met Myles twenty years ago when he worked for Ogden Entertainment. Ultimately, Myles became the Chief Operating Officer of the Javits and the building, the city, and the industry have been better off for it.  I worked closely and for an extended period with Myles during 1995-96 when the Javits underwent a complete reorganization of the labor jurisdictions and can attest to his unflagging commitment to a superior client experience.

Myles is of the highest integrity, and is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful.  He is reliable, flexible, responsive, and committed.  In short, Myles is a professional.  I would not hesitate to work with or hire Myles in any condition.  I can recommend Myles without reservation and with confidence that he will complete any project, regardless of size or complexity on time and above expectations.

Myles has worked as a consultant for St. John's University for approximately 5 years. During that time, he helped improve the reliability of the electrical and mechanical infrastructure on our main campus through his years of experience, dedication and determination to succeed. He keeps contractors accountable for results and does not accept failure at any level. We are a better University because of Myles.
